Shopping Visit the famous Mall of America (MoA), the biggest mall in the US. Grand Avenue in St. Paul is also famous. Eating Check the extensive restaurant list. Culture The Walker Art Center is in walking distance from the Millennium hotel. For people interested in modern architecture: the expansion building of the Walker Art Center has been built by the famous Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. Other places to visit are the Minnesota Science Museum or several historic sites, in particular the James J. Hill House. The Minnesota Orchestra will play Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 on Friday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 16. Recreation The Millennium Hotel features indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness suite. For outdoor recreation, you may consider the ValleyFair amusement park. Summit is the best local beer. Summit offers free tours of the brewery. Sports The Minnesota Vikings (pro football) are playing a home game on 9/17.
